The SPP 2520  is committed to providing excellent research opportunities for ECRs while fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable research environment. Through participation in interdisciplinary and international marine research aboard state-of-the-art oceanic and regional research vessels, ECRs gain access to cutting-edge research infrastructure and valuable scientific experience.

At the same time, the program is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities, diversity, and responsible research practices.
